1927 Baldwin 4-6-0 in Winnsboro, SC

One of the more disappointing stops we made was at the South Carolina Railroad Museum. I know it was Covid time, but this place seemed like it had been closed for quite awhile. We were able to walk up and see this 1927 Baldwin 4-6-0 though.
