This is a 1929 Porter 0-4-0T that was located in a park along the Mississippi River called the Devil's Backbone. I wasn't sure if this locomotive would be there because when I was researching it there were reports about flooding in that park. The articles said they were debating moving the train to a safer location. Well it was still there, so yay.
